Kathryn is an experienced Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in the mental health settings. She specialises in mood and anxiety difficulties, trauma, and psychosis and perceptual disturbances (such as hearing voices). She also provides therapy addressing a range of other issues, including stress, addictions, pre and post-natal issues, substance use, interpersonal issues, workplace conflict, and grief and bereavement.

Approach
Kathryn uses a range of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-integrated therapies. She initially works from a brief-therapy model, aiming to get people back to the life they value as soon as possible, but Longer-term therapy is also available.
Kathryn is fully registered with the New Zealand Psychology Board under the Clinical scope.
