Areas Of Work

I have worked in the field of mental health for 12 years and undertook my training as a specialist psychiatrist in Auckland; I work in the public health system on Auckland's North Shore.

I enjoy working with patients and experience a wide range of difficulties including depression, other mood disorders, anxiety and psychoses. During my training I developed an interest in maternal mental health and have an interest in working with women. My public practice has allowed me to develop particular expertise in crisis care, drug and alcohol dependency and maternal mental health.
